At the end of 2013, Bayern have the chance to add a final golden touch to the most successful year in the club’s history: the treble winners contest the FIFA Club World Cup in Morocco from 11 to 21 December. The build-up to the final footballing highlight of the year began on Wednesday at the Säbener Strasse facility with a Media Open Day for accredited reporters from all over the world, including the competition hosts and Japan. “Winning the Club World Cup would make our treble even more precious,” commented Thomas Müller, who took questions from the media representatives alongside head coach Pep Guardiola, club captain Philipp Lahm, and wingers Arjen Robben and Franck Ribéry. “And I want to win the thing!” Müller declared.
